2.2 Participation in events requires a valid ticket purchased through our authorized platforms, such as www.insider.in.

3.1 Lucky Draws conducted during events are optional and offered as a gesture of goodwill.
3.2 Prizes, such as smartphones or other items, may vary in quantity, type, and value and are subject to availability.
3.3 Participation in Lucky Draws does not guarantee winning, and winners are chosen at the company’s sole discretion.
3.4 UZZIEL GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED holds no liability or commitment regarding the distribution or fulfillment of giveaways to participants or the general public.

3.5 Prizes won are not entitled for encashment, exchange or barter

4.1 Tickets for events are sold via www.insider.in, owned by PAYTM and operated by ZOMATO. The Terms and Conditions of all platforms including and not limited to ZOMATO from where tickets for our events are purchased are applicable to the buyers under their respective mode of governance. 
4.2 Ticket purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of www.insider.in, and UZZIEL GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any issues arising from ticket transactions.
4.3 All ticket sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

4.4 Abuse of platform services, or breaching the Terms and Conditions of any or all of the entities and brands involved in the events hosted by us will lead to cancellation of tickets without refunds without any prior notice

5.1 UZZIEL GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or participation in events.
5.2 Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings during events.

6.1 All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of UZZIEL GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in District of Pune, India.
